Digital Experience for Toronto Multi-Concept Destination

We the full digital rollout of STOCK T.C., a joint venture between Terroni and Cumbrae’s, overseeing strategy, design and execution across all online touchpoints. From website and splash page design to email-based lead generation, media outreach and cross-promotional campaigns, the digital ecosystem was built to generate early momentum and capture demand ahead of opening. A central component of the launch was a custom lead-generation campaign built around a “stamp collection” landing page, inspired by the building’s history as a former postal office. Users unlocked milestones by signing up and engaging, turning email capture into an interactive experience that felt rooted in the physical space and story of STOCK. We paired this with behavior-driven targeting, tracking which keywords and content users engaged with most and tailoring newsletter content accordingly, creating a more relevant and personalized onboarding journey. The result was a highly coordinated launch that blended storytelling with performance, growing the email list by 10,000 subscribers in just 10 days and establishing a strong foundation for ongoing engagement.
