Immersive Automotive Retail Experience
We helped develop VR Test Drive, a consumer-facing virtual reality platform designed to transform the automotive dealership experience. The concept allowed customers to explore and interact with vehicles in a fully immersive VR environment, either remotely on a personal device or in-store using a VR headset with touch-based interactions. The platform was designed to go beyond a traditional virtual showroom by allowing users to customize vehicles in real time through interactive hotspots that showcased trims, colours, interior features and technology options. Customers could also explore prototype or upcoming models not yet available on dealership lots, creating a more engaging and forward-thinking pre-sales experience. Built around the growing shift toward digital-first automotive shopping, VR Test Drive positioned dealerships as innovative, customer-focused brands while creating new opportunities for personalization, lead generation and customer retention. By blending immersive storytelling with interactive technology, the project explored how virtual reality could redefine the future of automotive retail and create deeper emotional connections between customers and brands.
